Installed within the Surgical Center, the Medical Comfort is an area of about 100 square meters, reserved to serve surgical teams that much often perform lengthy procedures, remaining in the environment for long hours, and are deserving of a peaceful and comfortable environment. On the premises, the professionals have access to a cafeteria that offers meals and snacks 24 hours a day plus a quick massage service, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is also a resting lounge with newspapers, magazines, LCD TV and internet access.
Located in the 3rd underground floor of Block A, this space of nearly 150 square meters provides services and amenities for those who are pressed by time, besides operating as a meeting and gathering venue for the medical teams. Professionals have at their disposal a pantry with waiter service for quick snacks, drinks and fruit, computers with Internet access, daily newspapers, magazines, besides a rest area with cable TV. On the last Friday of every month, themed lunches are held with special dishes from international cuisine. Special events are held on commemorative dates, besides promotions with partner companies that offer discounts on several products, such as chocolates, wines, etc.
Assistance from an exclusive manager of Banco Santander and the support of two concierges who provide assistance with administrative matters and other services offered to the Clinical Staff is also made available, such as the sending of lab coats to the laundry, courier services, mail, photocopy, fax, scanner, flower shop, drugstore, production of stamps, and broker agent.
The administrative assistance of the Medical Lounge is provided free of charge and includes the following activities:
Agenda of surgical procedures: Provision of information pertinent to the surgery schedule
Documents for registration: Availability of the list of documents necessary for the physician's registration at the Hospital controllership
Documents for accreditation: Analysis of pending documents for the accreditation of the physician at the Hospital with the S.A.M.E.
Delivery of lab coats and documents: Location for the withdrawal of lab coats and delivery of documents for badge production
Release of authorization form: The concierges interface the department responsible for the release of forms and the doctors, in order to streamline the process of patients.
Location and listing of inpatients: Assistance with the location and printing of the list of inpatients
Medical record and insurance notice: Facilitation with the S.A.M.E. for the filling of incomplete medical records and insurance notices
Completion of reports: Facilitation with the Authorization Center in the filling of reports
